Without this he would need a work-permit which, for professional football, is virtually impossible to get unless you are already an established ‘top-class’ player, playing for your national team, and as a first team regular for a club in the top division of one of Europe’s leading leagues (Spain, Italy, Germany or France), or equivalent in a world-ranked country like Brazil or Argentina. If a club there offers him a professional contract there is a good chance he’ll be granted a work-permit. At age 19 Kayden is old enough to sign a professional contract. We can arrange a trial for him at a club in Spain – not a trial to try and get a trial, but a trial in which he will join a club for an initial period of two or four weeks, and train with the clubs contracted players in a squad appropriate to his age and level. He will train under the same elite coaches and follow the same routine. If Kayden is offered a contract we have an experienced licensed agent who can help with the negotiations. If Kayden has potential but needs more time to get accustomed to the different climate, style of play etc – the style of play in Spain is more technical, less physical than in England – or if he needs time and training to work on aspects of his game, we can provide that. We can also find him a local family to take care of him and can assist with his education
