Academy scouts and coaches are always looking for new players. Club Direct CV is an opportunity to put players ahead of other academy players. Its really important to get a good quality photo, the photos that are received are often are very low definition. Read the details to help get a quality action shot or profile photo.

Sending a high quality photo is important. Having a good quality photo is vital to get a clear message across. Low resolution photos do not give a good impression. It is strongly recommend an action shot or if not possible a good quality profile photo with a football shirt on. Here are a few tips to help you get a good quality photo.:

Action Shots

Action shots look great and really do separate your CV from others. Avoid zooming in to take the photo, please get someone to move closer. If you are not playing in a game, make sure you are dressed as a footballer and look athletic.Photos need to be over 500KB to get a high quality image.

How to send:

Iphone: When the image you want to send is decided, click the share icon in the lower left corner and choose Mail. Send to  info@premierfootballuk.com address

When you click Send, a menu will pop up asking you what size to send it as. Do NOT select Large. That’s not really “large” it’s just large by email standards. You want the option that says “Actual Size” and as you can see from this screenshot, that’s the largest file size. Android Phone. When the photo you want to send is open, click on the “share” icon. Unlike the iPhone, it seems to automatically include the full size file and it tells you the size of the attachment. In general, smartphones with good cameras should have a file size of 700Kb to 2Mb+ so that will confirm for you that it’s the hi-res image.
